Trend Suiteson 7th Avenue

The design concept of Trend Suites challenges the current standards of urban living and provides high quality, clean, and refined interior spaces.

We were brought in to work on articulating the design proposal of the facade and developing the aesthetic direction of this project. We were also involved with several iterations of the studio apartments. The aim of this project is to offer refined inhabitable spaces with high-end fixtures and materials in a bustling urban setting. The square footage of each apartment is modest, but the building offers amenities and services that make up for this. This type of development is an innovative proposition for single urbanites or couples in that this model creates a lower entry price than other residentatial construction nearby. It can also be a smart investment for short or long term rental.

The refined aesthetics, clean spatial articulation, and contemporary minimalism of Trend Suites echoes Japanese architecture and is assured to provide a unique possibility for urban living.
